Questions about paying
Can I grow faster in the game with money?
No. Everyone plays in the same world with the same rules. A subscription gives more countries, more overview and extras such as a badge, but no money, resources or power.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, a payment service. There you choose how you pay, for example with your bank card. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. From your account you open the customer portal, where you cancel, switch tiers, update your payment details and download your invoices. After cancelling, you keep your tier until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you withdraw within that time, we refund you, minus an amount for the days you already used the subscription. How this works is explained in the terms.
What happens to my extra countries if I stop?
You continue playing on the free tier. Your game data is kept, but whatever goes beyond the free tier, such as extra countries, you can only continue playing once you subscribe again.
